These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Scheme, which is available both in-store and online. By joining or using the Loyalty Scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About the Loyalty Scheme
- Our Loyalty Scheme rewards customers with points for qualifying purchases made in-store and online.
- The scheme is free to join and available to individual consumers only.
- Membership is personal, non-transferable, and intended for personal use only.
Eligibility
- Customers must be aged 16 or over to join the Loyalty Scheme.
- Membership is only available to verified members with a registered account.
- We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership where we reasonably believe the scheme is being misused or abused.
Joining the Loyalty Scheme
- Customers may join the Loyalty Scheme in-store or online by registering their details.
- To earn or redeem points, customers must be logged into their online account or scan their loyalty membership in-store at the time of purchase.
Earning Loyalty Points
- Members earn 10 loyalty points for every £1 spent, calculated item by item.
- Points are awarded only on qualifying purchases and have no cash value.
- Points will not be awarded unless the loyalty membership is scanned in-store or the customer is signed in when ordering online.
- Points may not be earned on excluded items, refunds, or cancelled transactions.
Redeeming Loyalty Rewards
- Once a member reaches 500 points (equivalent to £50 spent), they will receive a £5 reward coupon.
- Reward coupons:
- have no cash alternative
- cannot be exchanged or transferred
- may be subject to minimum spend or product exclusions
- Only one reward coupon may be redeemed per transaction unless stated otherwise.
Birthday Reward
a) Birthday Offer
- Verified members are eligible to receive a Free Pasty as a birthday reward.
b) Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the birthday reward, the member must:
- be a verified Loyalty Scheme member
- have been a member for at least 14 days prior to their birthday
- have completed at least one qualifying purchase where their loyalty membership was scanned in-store or they were signed in online
c) Availability & Validity
- The birthday reward coupon will be issued at the start of the member’s birthday month.
- The coupon will be valid for the entire calendar month of the member’s birthday.
- Unused birthday rewards will expire at the end of the birthday month and cannot be extended or reissued.
d) Additional Conditions
- The birthday reward is limited to one per member per year.
- The reward may be subject to product availability and standard opening hours.
In-Store and Online Use
- Loyalty points can be earned and redeemed both in-store and online.
- Members must ensure they are correctly identified at checkout (scanning in-store or signing in online).
- We are not responsible for points not awarded due to failure to scan or sign in.
Refunds and Adjustments
- If a purchase is refunded, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted.
- If a reward coupon was used on a refunded transaction, the coupon may be cancelled or adjusted.
Expiry of Points
- Loyalty points may expire after a period of inactivity.
- Full expiry details will be communicated via the loyalty platform where applicable.
Changes, Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Loyalty Scheme or these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be effective from the date they are published.
- We may suspend or terminate individual accounts where misuse or fraud is suspected.
Liability
- We are not responsible for technical issues, system errors, or failures that may affect point accrual or reward availability.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law
- These Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
