Pasty House Nominated For Two Plymouth Herald Business Awards!

We were delighted to be nominated in TWO categories at this year’s Herald Business Awards 2015; Green Business of the Year and Medium sized Business of the Year. The night proved to be a glitzy affair, with the city’s best business’ attending to celebrate the diversity and calibre of business across Plymouth. To be nominated amongst such esteemed competitors in the South West was in itself an honour. The nominations recognised our environmental credentials, high levels of recycling and organisation of food waste donated to local charities. Not only this, but the medium sized awards noted our growth from  a small company into a substantial business in the heart of Plymouth.

It was a great privilege to be recognised for the work we do and fingers crossed for another nomination next year!

Business awards

Following our success in the Plymouth City & Waterfront awards last year, we’re absolutely delighted to announce we’ve been shortlisted for not one, but two Herald Business Awards this spring!

We’re up against some stiff competition for ‘Medium Sized Business of the Year’ for businesses of 26-145 employees who have shown significant progress over the year. We’ve put in a lot of work in the past year to make our business as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible, having achieved 95% waste to recycling. So we’re really excited to also be shortlisted for ‘Green Business of the Year’!

The awards culminate in a black tie ceremony at the Plymouth Pavilions on April 23rd. We love being a part of celebrating Plymouth business and are very proud to be shortlisted amongst so many other great company’s. Fingers crossed for the big night!
