Tavistock Charity Firewalk for ROC!

Tavistock Fire Walk from ROC on Vimeo.

The Challenge – A daring bare foot walk over red-hot wood embers – no tricks, no special effects.

The Worthy Cause – ROC (Robert Owen Communities) supporting people with learning disabilities through community based services in Devon & Cornwall.

Crowds gathered in Bedford Square on Friday night to watch Tavistock’s first festive fire walk to raise money for wonderful local charity ROC! Our very own Pasty House boss Nigel was one of the brave folks taking on the fire! The weather conditions were challenging, but everyone rose to the challenge and made it across safely. Well done everyone who took part and to everyone who donated and came along on Friday to watch!

It’s not too late to show your support for a great local cause, so please donate via the just giving website!
